Our 2009-10 season is set to begin and we are again embarking on a journey of great and inspiring music.

For our December 2009 and March 2010 concerts, we are pleased to announce our guest conductor.

Diana Geiger is a recent graduate of Houghton College, where she received her Master's degree in Orchestral Conducting. She also holds a degree in Music Education from Ithaca College. She is currently the Orchestra Director at Boynton Middle School and Fall Creek Elementary School in the Ithaca City School District.

An avid performer, Diana regularly plays with the Southern Tier Symphony, the Ithaca Community Orchestra Cello Choir, and her quartet. She has recently taken a post as the Assistant Conductor of the Ithaca Community Orchestra.

Auburn Chamber Orchester is a Non-Profit organization composed of volunteer musicians.

Is our goal to provide live concert entertainment for the enjoyment of its audiences; to provide opportunities for qualified musicians of all ages to perform; to expand and develop the general public's awareness of, appreciation for and education in the performing arts with the emphasis on orchestral music; and to encourage and promote the composition and performance of orchestral music.
